Neil The Last and Final Battle (Yess!) C.S. Lewis Finished
Recap: King Tirian was tied up on a tree. Get ready for this, the boring old characters Eustace and Jill who show up in every stupid Narnia book show up again! They untie Tirian and create a group who are protesting against a stupid ol' ass (that's what they call donkey's in British book's) who an ape made dress up in a lion suit. He has convinced all Narnians that he is Aslan (and if you don't know who Aslan is, I'm too lazy to explain it to you; all I can say is one word: amazing lion, wait that was two words). Wow, that was a long sentence. Anyway, they free this innocent ass (I'm calling him an ass because I think it's hysterical) and recruit him. This "team" ends up having a war in which every body is thrown into a stable (Tiran was thrown in last) and when Tirian goes in, the seven humans from Earth appear in royal thingies. Lord Digory, Lady Polly, High King Peter, King Edmund, Queen Lucy, King Eustace and Queen Jill. Then Narnia dies (that was unexpected) and the Narnia that died ended up being a shadow of the real Narnia (What?). Narnia has just begun (I hope that doesn't signify a whole nother series). Well, that's the end of the book and the I mean this Narnia series (yess).
I think this book was pretty good (that's why I read it in one week). I still think the ass was hysterical. It was pretty confusing and the ending was bizarre. Narnia has now just begun? What kind of boring ending is that? All I have to say is wow.
Alexandra The Cricket in Times Square Pages 0-151 (Finished)
This was a book about a cricket, named Chester, a mouse named, Tucker, a cat named, Harry, and the Bellini family (Mama, Papa and Mario). First of all, Mario finds Chester Cricket in a subway station in Times Square, New York (that's where his family's newsstand is)the came all the way from Connecticut, because he accidently got into someones bag (the "someone was going from Connecticut to New York). He asks his mom if he can keep Chester, and she says "MAYBE". The cricket finds two friends, a mouse and a cat. Tucker (the mouse) and Harry (the cat) hang out with Chester and show him New York. Chester soon invites them over for a sleep-over, and he accidently eats a five-dollar bill out of the Bellinis cash register (he was dreaming and thought it was a leaf). Chester gets in trouble because the Bellinis don't have much money. Soon after, Tucker gives Chester the money to pay the Bellinis back. About a month later, Mario takes Chester to CHINATOWN to find out what type of food crickets like to eat. A Chinese man called Sai Fong tells Mario that they like to eat leaves and gives him some; he also gives him a cricket cage. Chester doesn't like the cricket cage, but sleeps in it anyway. Around the middle of the book, Chester has a party and invites Tucker and Harry over to the newsstand. They tell Chester to play a tune that's on the radio; he plays it beautifully. When the song finishes and a new one starts to play, Tucker starts to dance. He accidently knocks over a match box, and the newsstand catches on fire. After the fire is put out, Mama Bellini tells Mario that he can't keep the cricket any longer. To pay Mama Bellini money for the reckedge, Mario gets a job. To make Mama Bellini feel better, Chester starts to play an Italian tune. Mama Bellini likes it and makes him preform for the people in the subway station. Everyone loves the cricket's music and the Bellinis decide to have him play every morning, afternoon and night when the station was the bussiest. The cricket starts to get tired of playing every day and more, and wishes he was back in Connecticut. He decides to leave, but before he does he plays one last tune for everybody he knows. The morning after that, he says good bye and leaves on the train to Connecticut.
I thought that this book was going to end differently. I saw the movie before it, and the movie happens during Cristmas time. Even though it was a suprise ending, I still thought that the book was very, very good. I would deffinitly read the next in the series.
Jordana The Penultimate Peril Chapters 1-6.5 (Not Including the 2 Very Short Chapters Titled Not A Chapter)
So far in this book the three Baudelaire orphans are driving in a car with Kit Snicket, a friend 's sister. They stopped at the Hotel Denouement THE LAST SAFE PLACE! Kit told them that they would be spies dressed up as concierges. But she said that her brother Ernest joined the bad side yet her brother Frank was still on the good side. Frank and Ernest were talking to Violet, Klaus & Sunny and every time one would leave the other one would come. They both explained to the Baudelaires that the hotels organization was based on the Dewy Decimal System and every room had a bell that was used to call the concierge. There were tree bells ringing so each orphan got to go to different floors and different rooms. Violet went to a room which had no number, the tanning both, roof top room. There Carmelita Spats and Esme Squalor rung the bell. Carmelita wanted a harpoon gun. Violet unwillingly got it for her. Klaus had to escort Sir and Charles to the sauna. (Klaus and his siblings worked for Sir at the Lumber Mill.) And I don't know what Sunny did because I have not read that far.
This book is very good. I like how Lemony Snicket writes like he is talking to you. I am anxious to find out what happens to the Baudelaires and what troubles they have and solve. I am disappointed that there is only one more book in the series because I love Violet, Klaus and Sunny.
Peak and Sun-Jo made it up to ABC. Josh radioed Peak and told him about Sun-Jo. Sun-Jo had forged papers so he could get up the mountain. If he made it to the top and not peak he would be the youngest person to climb everest. If he was then he would get a lot of money which his family could use. Since Sun-Jo had forged papers he and Peak had to use a harder, different route. They had to climb and Ice Wall. When they were halfway up the mountain Sun-Jo's ice ax broke. Peak rescued him though. In the end Peak was about to make it to the top and touch the prayer flags but he turned around. He let Sun-Jo touch the top
very funny elizabeth emily finished this book was about a girl that had a snoby sister she was going to get marryed to a lord hennry. she was so snooby. they did not get marryed after all and they both thought it was a good idea this book was a very good becvause it had a good detail.
Max and fang hear angel say she wants to go to florida. Angel says she wants to go to floridaa because of diney world. Max and fang sensee that's not the only reason. When they reach florida, they decide to stay on an island so they would be safe. Before they go on the islnad, thy go on a beach. Maxs gets frustrated on the voice inside of her because it keeps talking about her destiney and she has to save the world. She gets so mad, she startes carving the chip out of her that is stck in her wrist and is a tracking device.
A team of archaeologists discover ruins high up in the Andes mountains. They are stick at a door which they plan to study. One of the guards, Gil, tries to break through the door that they are stuck at with his henchmen. They break through the door and find a large chamber filled with gold and treasure they go to get the treasure then one of the henchmen gets crushed by the gigantic mass of silver hooks. They continue on more wary. They receive some treasure but on the way back one of the gold blocks explodes upwards up into the spikes on the roof. Gil, being the only one left, Makes a run for it with the treasure. A jet of acid squirts of and burns his cheek but he escapes. He then throws a grenade at the entrance, not knowing that some of the archaeologists were in there.
Will, Gilan, and Hoarnce see a girl and she looked very sad. Gilan asked who she was. She said that she was won of the Celts. She said that she was atacked by Gorlans. She said she was alone. Will said that she can stay with them. Will made homemade soup and she ate it up rteally fast. Will was really suprised. Gilan said he was going to leave and go tell the Baron. Will was mad but the finally said yes.

Edward and Bella had a conversation on the way home about being at Bella's house when she didn't know. He told her that she talks about him in her sleep, because he can read minds. He said that she always dreams about him, and she began to be embarrassed, Edward told her that if he were human, and could dream, she would be all he drempt about without being ashamed. When dropping Bella off at home, she wanted Edward to stay with her the night. So he stayed. Bella got up in the night from having a bad dram, seeing him sitting in him in her rocking chair. She jumped and sat in his lap while he rocked her back to sleep.
Right now in the story in the story the prinaple is say that any comic books made or sold in the school will be punished and more. also the partner who is a girl that the boy who is the maker some what hate is getting really mad at him. so the brothers of the boy are making fun of him
